My problem. I have already put in my word document tables/pictures and now i
want to make a table of all pictures/tables with text bellow the picture or
above the table. How do i do this?

If you use the "Insert Caption" utility to identify each picture, you can
use the InsertReferenceIndex and Tables utility to create the List
(Table).

If you have inserted a "caption" for each picture, and that caption is not
in a text box, you can use Insert | Reference | Index and Table to insert a
Table of Figures.
