You are experiencing unwanted text in the TOC because of formatting error. You should format your body in "Normal" format and not under any "Header". Please click on any part of body and check. If you wrote any body part under "Header", that will show up in your TOC. It is easy to fix. Just highlight your body, click Cltr+Alt+0 or just click on the "Normal". Hope this helps you all.
