Default How to merge records to separate documents in Word 2003?

I often use the the mail merge tool in my work. Occasionally I merge the
records to printer or to new documents. When I merge them to new document the
records are being split by page breaks into one single file. Is it possible
to merge the records to new documents - each of them separate MS Word file?
