Default How to remove spelling errors from spell checker?

Please help me - I am trying to correct some mis-spellings in my spell
checker. I know how to add the correct spellings but the person sitting at
this computer before me was a bit quick on the add and as such there are a
number of words that are incorrectly spelled that I would like to remove.
These are definately words that have been added as they are technical terms
and medical lingo. Can you please tell me the steps that I should be taking
to access this and erase the incorrect spellings? Thanks for your help,
greatly appreciated.
