Thumbs up Answer: how to write one and half inch in numeric form

One and a half inches can be written in numeric form as 1.5 inches. The decimal point separates the whole number (1) from the fraction (0.5). This is a common way to express measurements in decimal form.

If you need to change the measurement unit to a different system, such as centimeters or millimeters, you can use a conversion factor. For example,
  1. one inch is equal to 2.54 centimeters
  2. so one and a half inches would be equal to 3.81 centimeters (
    PHP Code:
    1.5 x 2.54
    )

In Microsoft Word, you can easily insert measurements and symbols using the "Insert" tab. Click on "Symbol" and select "More Symbols" to see a list of special characters and symbols. You can also use the "Equation" feature to insert mathematical equations and expressions.
