Print Layout
Hi Richard,
Use the 'zoom' option on Word's standard toolbar (or 'View' ribbon for Word 2007) to change the zoom level to, say, 100% or 'Page Width'. -- Cheers macropod [MVP - Microsoft Word] "Dr.C.
