Multilevel list; tab and shift tab
Select Office button Word Options Proofing category. Click the
AutoCorrect Options button (top right in the dialog box). On the AutoFormat as You Type tab, turn on Set left- and first-indent with tabs and backspaces. OK twice. -- Regards Lene Fredborg - Microsoft MVP (Word) DocTools - Denmark www.thedoctools.com Document automation - add-ins, macros and templates for Microsoft Word "Gregory Leck" wrote: Hi, I can create a multilevel list by clicking on the appropriate button situated in the Paragraph Group.
