Bookmark the location that you want to link to. Then insert a hyperlink
pointing to the bookmark ("Place in This Document" in the Hyperlink dialog
box).

To go back after you've clicked the link, press Alt+Left arrow (assigned to
the WebGoBack command).

If the place you want to jump to isn't a paragraph with a heading style,
insert a bookmark there.

In the Insert Hyperlink dialog, click the "Place in This Document" square
in the left-hand column. Click on the heading or bookmark, enter the text of
the hyperlink (if different from the text of the heading or bookmark), and
click OK.

To go back, the easy way is to press Alt+left arrow. An alternative is to
open the Web toolbar and click the Back button (Word 2003 or earlier) or add
the Back button to the Quick Access Toolbar (Word 2007).
