Book printing
I'm sure there's probably a technical term for this....... I have a multipage A4 document which I want to print 4 pages double sided to A3 so I can stack and staple it as a book, therefore the pages need to be re ordered appropriatly as it is printed. Is there such a function Word or would this be in a fancy print driver? Cheers, Sean |

Book printing
If you have Word 2002 or above, you can choose "Book fold" under "Multiple
pages" on the Margins tab of Page Setup, and Word will format the document for printing as you describe (this will not be obvious from within Word, in which the pages will still be viewed in order, but they will be printed in the required order for folding into a booklet). Alternatively, Adobe Reader offers a booklet-printing option. Or see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...etPrinting.htm -- Suzanne S.
