Default Booklet on A4 4pages each side

I need to setup to create a booklet made up of pages A4 size that have 4
pages printed on both sides to enable folding and cutting to make a small
booklet. So far I have been able to set this up but when page 1 is ok page 2
is where page 3 should be and upside down and page three is page 7 I have
been at this for hours. Can you help? Please Harvey Lovewell

You really can't do this in Word. Try using Publisher instead.
