how do I switch columns in MS Word?
If you are referring to newspaper columns (inserted via
FormatColumns), you have to insert a column break, for example by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Enter. (Without a manual break, newspaper columns are filled in the "logical" order, as text is added.) If you are referring to table columns, just click in the desired cell. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "JR" wrote in message ...
