Default New macros disappear every new session!

Hey, Since a year ago, my Word 2003 do not "memorize" new macros. They work just for that session, and next time I start Word, I find only my old macros saved in 2012. Can you help me, please?

Where are you trying to save the macros? To the Normal template?

How did you create the macros? If you are recording them, open the Visual
Basic Editor (Alt+F11) and verify that the macros are in the Normal
template. In the Project Explorer (View | Project Explorer), click the Save
button after you have selected Normal. This saves the Normal template
explicitly.
