Default different page colors in Word 2007

Is there an easier way to create different page colors in a Word 2007
document other than creating large shaded rectangles or text boxes and
placing them behind your text? I know you could place them in a header but
you would have to create section breaks for each section you want a different
color and unlink the header. I was hoping you could select "this page only"
from the new Page Color option in Word 2007.

You would be much better advised to print on colored paper.
