Templates Word 2007
I downloaded a template from Microsoft's website to use to create business
cards, so there are ten duplicates on each page. When I press ALT F9, I see that the fields are set up to allow the user to input the data once, and it will fill in all ten business cards. I've looked through the Macro listing and do not see a macro to run to get the template to fill in the fields. I've tried Shift Alt F9, but that didn't do anything. The template is "Patriotic Business Card 3". Any help would be appreciated. |

Templates Word 2007
Hi Scojac,
The template http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...029591033.aspx is one submitted by a Word 2007 user. Microsoft doesn't allow Word 2007 user templates submitted to contain macros http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...373631033.aspx As this was a Word 2007 template, content controls may have worked in place of the the MacroButton fields that were used, although perhaps one of the macro mavens here may be able to figure out a quick macro to populate the fields in the template (you'd need to resave the template as a .dotM rather than a .dotX to have macros in it). You may also want to post feedback to the template author via the Office Online templates site. ============== "Scojac" wrote in message ...
