Mail Merge Question
I have a huge mailing project coming up and i need some help!
I want to send a letter to all of my clients, but some individuals own several companies which i would like to reference on one letter, but each company is listed as its own contact in Outlook. How do i address the letter to John Smith but IN the letter reference: ABC Co, 123 Co, and XYZ LLC? How can i tell Word that i only want one letter for all of John Smith's companies, even if each company is listed as its own contact? Should i use Access or another program to create my lists? Any suggestions would be helpful! |
