Formatting marks
Is it possible to print the formatting marks in Microsoft Word? I know how
to turn on the formatting marks in word, but when I print, they don't show up. I want to print them for editing. Is this possible or is it a printer issue? |

Formatting marks
The answer is no unless you perform a print screen or use SnagIt.

As Carol has indicated SnagIt adds a printer driver that will output
documents in the format shown on screen. It will also output documents in PDF format and has a useful graphics editor. There is a demo available of this remarkable application. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Carol wrote: The answer is no unless you perform a print screen or use SnagIt.
