Is there a way to make users "Save As"
I am trying to prevent other users form saving over a common form that we
use, and I was wondering if there was a way, either through a macro or a tab of some sort, to make them save the form with a new name with the save as option. thanks, xaviermd |

Save the form as a workgroup template and your users will create new
documents from it. All new documents are unnamed. See http://www.gmayor.com/Template_Locations.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org xaviermd wrote: I am trying to prevent other users form saving over a common form that we use, and I was wondering if there was a way, either through a macro or a tab of some sort, to make them save the form with a new name with the save as option. thanks, xaviermd |
