format on e-mail address in letters
I often use my e-mail addresses in my return address on letters. Word ALWAYS
automaticlly changes the font color to Blue and underlines the e-mail address. How can I format Word NOT to do this? I always have to ; 1) highlight address; 2) click format; 3) click on fonts; 4) click on color, and manualy choose black; 5) click on underline and click on none. This is vey anoying. |

Go to the Tools AutoCorrect Options dialog, click the AutoFormat As You Type tab (not the plain AutoFormat tab), and uncheck "Internet and network paths with hyperlinks".
