Default read only

I have created some read only documents. I open them and then do a save or
save as, edit them, print them and save them. BUT when I open them for the
second time they are still read only. I then have to go Tools, Options,
Security and untick read only - How can I set them up that they are read only
to start with and when I do a save or save as they will be just normal
documents? Thanks.
