Thumbs up Answer: delete controls from Word documents

Hi Julia,

Yes, it is definitely possible to remove all the radio buttons and other controls from your Word document. Here's how you can do it:
  1. Open your Word document and navigate to the Developer tab. If you don't see the Developer tab, you can enable it by going to File Options Customize Ribbon and checking the box next to Developer in the right-hand column.
  2. Once you're on the Developer tab, click on the Design Mode button in the Controls group. This will allow you to select and delete the controls.
  3. Click on the first radio button or control that you want to delete. You should see a border around it indicating that it's selected.
  4. Press the Delete key on your keyboard to remove the control. Repeat this process for all the other controls in your document.
  5. Once you've deleted all the controls, you can exit Design Mode by clicking on the Design Mode button again.

That's it! Your Word document should now be free of all the radio buttons and other controls.
