Default Search wildcard difficulty

Jay,

Thanks much. That is very clever, and it works perfectly.

I was able to do what I needed by temporarily copying over to a text editor that uses a more straightforward form of regular expressions. The process took about one minute there, vs. half an hour unsuccessfully fighting Word's syntax. But that is a criticism of MS only. I appreciate your help here, and I've copied the solution for future reference.

Thanks again, and be well,
p.
