how to hide text box
In the company I worked previously, I was able to add text box into my word
document (e.g., use this to annotate the table) and click a button to hide all the text box. This bottom is not shown in my toolbar when I open the MS Word on my current computer, any idea how I can bring up this buttom? |

You can hide text boxes in Word in the view and print options dialogs.
