Hi, summit. If I were doing this, I would create an envelope document and
save it to my hard drive. Then whenever I need an envelope, I can just open
the envelope document and print as many copies of it as I need. If you'd
like to do this:
1. Open a blank Word document.
2. Click on File | Page Setup | Paper | Paper size: Envelope #10 (or
whatever size envelope you're using) | Margins | Orientation: Landscape | OK.
3. Draw a text box, and type your return address into it. Right-click on
the border of the text box, left-click on Format Text Box | Colors and Lines
| Line: Color: None | Layout | Square | OK. Drag the text box to the desired
position on the envelope.
4. Save the document.
5. Print as many copies as you need.
