Numbering not working properly
When I want to create a list. For example, I might say.
"The list of documents are as follows: blablabla blabla bla " Then I press the numbering key, but it starts numbering at "The list of documents are as follows" instead of my actual list. I do not want this to happen. How do I can make it so it only numbers the list. |

Numbering not working properly
If it's numbering every paragraph in your document, see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...eformatted.htm Otherwise, are you pressing Enter at the end of "The list of documents is as follows:" and then clicking the Numbering button at the beginning of the new paragraph? -- Suzanne S.
