Calender/roster 2010
I need to set up a calender/roster for 2010 - it needs to cover a 5 week
period (35 days) and show M(onday) - S(unday) repeated 5 times across the top. The end product should enable the user to pick out a particular week in that 5 week period and drop down to see what date it is and their duty. |

Calender/roster 2010
Use Outlook (preferably) or Excel as an alternative. Word is an extremely
bad choice for creating Rosters. Outlook is really easy because you can enter the repetition so that once the 5 week period is done, it repeats itself every 5 weeks forever. It also gives the flexibility to create the rosters for the whole team or by individual. -- Terry Farrell - MSWord MVP "baser999" wrote in message ...
