I would like to set Widow control on paragraphs in Word 2003 without having
Orphan control. That is, I do not want the last line of a paragraph alone at
the top of a page, but I do not mind having the first word of a paragraph
alone at the bottom of the page. Is this possible?

No, this is not possible in current versions of Word.
