Default How do I create a fill in the blank form in word

I need to create a form where I can have most of the form protected and be
able to tab into fill in the blank blocks. I need to be able to copy this
form to additional pages. the project I am working on will require about 50
pages. Can this be done.
The information I will need will be things like Project #, Applicant,
Project Description (this will need about 4-5 lines) etc.
