Default Help >> Index

I realize this has been mentioned before, but I wanted to mention in my own
words here. And, I'm not looking for a debate or anything... I just want to
point out a suggestion politely and clearly on something that got changed
though seemingly with little reason [from the customer side] to do so.
Regardless of the ease or not, I know myself and a number of others in the
office that aren't entirely happy with not having the ability to do the
following:

Help in Office 2003 retained:

-- The TOC [Table Of Contents]
-- Search [though, with some issues]
-- But no Index... no going straight to "what I want to see".

Maybe I'm wasting my typing here, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to drop a
note suggesting that somehow, someway there might be a
patch/release/upgrade/new version/whatever, that allows for the index to
return.

Thanks very much for your time.
Cheers,
Matt
