How do I set up 1 page in a report to print a duplicate when prin.
Currently I have a 5 page form created using Word. The first page contains
all the form fields while the following pages are just disclosure information. When printing I would like be able to print the whole document with the first page printing twice. Does anyone have advice for me? I realize I can print the document once and then go back and specify to only print the first page, but I would like to only have to send the print command once. |

You might try this: Select the entire first page and bookmark it, then
insert a cross-reference to "Bookmark text" on the second page. You'll need to check the "Calculate on exit" box in the Form Field Options for every form field so that the REF field will be updated correctly. Note that I haven't tried this and don't guarantee it will work in a protected form. -- Suzanne S.
