Default creating macros in word

I want to create a statement that is used repeatedly. I want to insert two
number "XX" (space) degrees (space) (enter two digits) "XX" minutes (enter
two digits) "XX" seconds. I would like to be able to use a shortcut key to
have this phase come up automatically. As I enter the 2 digits, then enter
word will type out.
