Default How to include addition email addr in the cc line of a mail merge

I need to find a way to send an email message to a primary recipient via mail
merge but also send copies of that email to others. I cannot see a way to
populate the CC field of the outbound message. I am using Word 2003.

You will need to use VBA and access the Outlook Object model to do this.

See the article "Mail Merge to E-mail with Attachments" at

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MailMerge/...ttachments.htm

It will give you an idea how to go about it.
