Form Help - Automatically add new form field based on preiously commpleted field
Hi there
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't know if it's at all possible, but I would like to have new fields appear in an existing form depending on what was answered in a previous field, so 'yes' might lead to one new field, and 'no' to another, for example. If anyone has any answers (even to say it can't be done), that'd be fab! Thank you |
