Default Add levels of quotation in Word, tied to native quote mark.

Similar to CSS' Q tag, there should be (optional) recognition of
quotations. As a cross between the functionality of bold/italic formatting
and heading levels, using a quote within Word documents should trigger
appropriate changes to language-checking, with apparent mistakes
conditionally ignored whenever "(sic)" or similar editorial marks are entered.

In addition, this functionality could be tied to cross-references, adding
context to this arbitrary system. Suitable templates could therefore be made
for various writing styles (MLA, APA, Chicago, etc.), with proper use of
footnotes, endnotes, and bibliography.
