How do I move from cell to cell iin a table column in Word 2003?
In the Microsoft Office Specialist Study Guide, it says that in a table you
can move the insertion point from cell to cell in a column by pressing the Enter key. But when I try that, it just adds another line in the cell that the insertion point is in. The Tab key takes me across the row to the end before moving down to the first cell in the next row. Is there some setting so that using the Enter key will move to the next cell down in the column? I know I can use the down arrow key to move down the column, but I would like to have the Enter key work as the book says it's supposed to. |
