Default how to rename all Heading 1 to Heading 2?

I created a document with many Heading 1s in it. Now I am adding an upper
tier above. I want to take all of these Heading 1s and call them Heading 2.

If I select all of them, it won't let me put in a Heading 2 - as it says
Reserved for a built-in style.

How do I select all Heading 1 and change to Heading 2?

Thanks.

Ctrl+H to open the Replace dialog:

1. Leave both boxes blank, and click More to display the entire dialog.

2. With the insertion point in the "Find what" box, click Format | Style and
select Heading 1.

3. With the insertion point in the "Replace with" box, click Format | Style
and select Heading 2.

4. Replace All.
