Default Scanning A4 documents

I have an issue I have been unable to solve: - trying to scan some A4
documents in to word 2003 but for some reason the images get scaled down to
70 % and do not fill the page. I have only seen word once do this correctly
the user says that word does this fine. We need to scan a 75 page document in
to word. When the documents are scanned in to adobe writer they scale to
100%. I have no idea whats going on. One added extra we do have a document
feeder.

Default Scanning A4 documents

The images will be inserted to fit within the current margins of the
document into which you insert them. Change the margins to 0 and ignore the
request to fix them. You will not be able to print to the edge of the page
with most printers, though you should be able to output full pages to PDF
provided the PDF driver is set as the active printer.

I would have though there were a lot better means of managing large numbers
of images than inserting them into a Word document?

Default Scanning A4 documents

Indeed, if they're scanned as images anyway, most scanning software these
days has an option to scan directly to PDF.
