Default How do I "unhide" a row in a table?

On some of the tables I created in Word 2007, when I insert a row, it is
"hidden" under the row above where I wanted to place it. Sometimes I can
catch and drag the top row down until the new row appears, but sometimes the
new row does not appear. What do I do to get the new row to show up and what
did I do within the table to cause this to happen?
