how do I put the appendix letter with the page numbers in TOC
I have a need to modify the TOC page numbers for the pages of an appendix
automatically, to look like this: First heading ............................... 1 Second heading .......................... 3 Appendix A heading ........................ A1 Appendix B heading ........................ B1 Is this possible in a single TOC? |
