Default How do I get Word to display full menu headings?

A few days ago my computer automatically updated with some Microsoft updates.
Since then, when I open Word, the only menu headings which appear are Edit,
View and Tools -- no File, no Help. The commands under these headings are
also much fewer (although I have figured out how to correct this).

What do I do to get my full menu headings back?

Tools | Customize | Options | Always Show Full Menus

Thank you so much! That second link fixed it quite nicely.
