How do I edit a document while in Print Preview?
In the previous version of Word, I could click on Print Preview and make any
changes that needed to be made by clicking on the magnifying glass icon. In Word 2007 I am not able to do this. In Word 2007 I must return to the regular view to make changes and I have to hunt the change that I need to make. |

That should make the editing cursor active -- it does here. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
