Default How do I convert ink to text in word 2003

I can't convert ink to text.
in the documentation it says to rightclick and choose Ink object but that
option does not excist .
please help!!

First of all, you must be running Word on Windows XP Tablet PC edition to get
this feature. If you are, then to convert ink to text you can right click
the ink shape and select "Copy Ink as Text" and then paste it. Another
method is to copy the ink shape (select it and do CTRL+C) and then Edit |
Paste Special | Text.
