How do I letter paragraphs (a, b, c,) automatically in Word?
I need to use letters instead of numbers to mark paragraph and lines.
Unfortunately I have to do this manually as Word 'appears to' allow only numbers or bullets for this function. Any solution? |

For a quick fix:
Format | Bullets and Numbering | Numbered and pick a letter style or customize a style of your own. For a better way (explained in the article itself): http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/numb...Numbering.html tj "ashmeadm" wrote: I need to use letters instead of numbers to mark paragraph and lines. Go to format on MSWord toolbar.
Click Bullets and Numbering. Click on the tab named Numbered. Select the A, B, C, option. Joan "ashmeadm" wrote: I need to use letters instead of numbers to mark paragraph and lines.
