Hi
I want this document to fit onto 2 pages so I have set small margins. When I go to print preview....everything fits perfectly onto 2 pages But when I tell it to print it comes up with the message: "The margins of section 1 are set outside the printable area of the page. Do you want to continue?" If I select "Yes" then it does still print as seen on screen....everything fits perfectly onto 2 pages. But how can I prevent having to go through this? Thanks |

Hammer on the printer mfr to come up with a new driver (if there isn't one
already available). The driver is responsible for generating the message because it thinks you are telling it to do something it doesn't realize it can do. Most printers have a minimum margin requirement on at least one edge - your setting is evidently less than that. -- Regards |:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "Phil1982" wrote in message ...
