Default Confirmation Message when merging data from Access

I have a form letter that is linked to a query with parameters in my
database. When I open this document, I get a message asking me to
confirm that I want to merge data from access. This message confuses
the users. Is there someway to suppress it? Thanks.

Hi Rosy,

I have a form letter that is linked to a query with parameters in my
database. When I open this document, I get a message asking me to
confirm that I want to merge data from access. This message confuses
the users.

If you want quick help (or any at all), you have to provide the full
range of information. This should always include

- the version of software involved in the problem

- the full and exact syntax of any messages

Using my super-duper mind-reading powers, I thinking this might answer
your question:

"Opening This Will Run the Following SQL Command" Message When You Open
a Word Document - 825765
