Default Can I change alignment to Left to Right every time I OPEN Word?

How can I change the alignment to be: Left-to-right every time I OPEN Word or
Outlook?
I have English and Hebrew on my computer (Windows Server 2003 Standard
Edition €“ Microsoft Office Word 2003, Part of Microsoft Office Professional
Edition 2003).
I tried everything:
1. My default language is English U.S.
2. My Paragraph alignment is Left.
3. My Paragraph Text Direction is: Left-to-right.
4. In Page Setup - Layout - Section direction, it's also: Left-to-right.
But still, every time I open Word or Outlook, the alignment is to the right
and I'm on Hebrew.
I know that in just one click I can change it to the left, but I want to
change it so it will open in the correct way (Left alignment).
Thanks,
Liat.
