Print preview
When I go to print, the print preview screen always comes up. I want to just
be able to print without going through the preview unless I choose it. |

When you "go to print," what command are you using? That is, are you using
Ctrl+P, File | Print..., or the Print button on the Standard toolbar? Either Ctrl+P or File | Print... will open the Print dialog (that is, they execute the FilePrint command). The Print button will send the entire document to the printer using default settings (it executes the FilePrintDefault command). None of these will (by default) open Print Preview; only the Print Preview button or File | Print Preview will do that unless a macro is intercepting your FilePrint or FilePrintDefault command. -- Suzanne S.
