split a mail merge into seprate files
I have a 2000 row Excel data source file I am merging into a letter.
Is there way to merge the first 1000 letters and save to a file labled Jan. Then merge the next 1000 letters and save to a file labled Feb. Is there a way to have the date field change between the two files or would itbe easier to accomplish this in the data source file. Thanks in advance for any help |
