Default PDF Conversion

I'm using Word 2007, with the MS add-on to convert to PDF or XPS. Making PDFs
has gone fine until now; today I converted a docx to a pdf and was able to
open it on my computer. But when I emailed it to two people and they got the
following error:

The font 'abcdee+Bookman Old Style,Bold' contains bad /widths

Is this a problem with the Word plugin? Or is something else going on? I'm
using Windows Live Beta for my email client.

Thanks,
Andrew

Thanks, but I figured out the problem: I was using Windows Live Beta as my
mail client and that seemed to corrupt the file. I was able to open the .pdf
on my computer and another my network, but as soon as I emailed it, it didn't
work. Same with pictures.

Thanks for your help.

You have a bad .pdf file. Did you try it a second time and see if that one
was also corrupt?

Check the box
ISO 19005-1 compliant (PDF/A)
in the PDF creation options and see if that works better.
I suspect that your recipients don't have the same font installed and
substitution causes the error.
