Default how to delete rows tables but to save text?

I got a word doc. (90 pages) including text in table and cells and .... I
just want to save the text then change to a small font ant print it in a few
pages instade os 90 pages. how can I just save the text at once? and not
waste my time?

Hi Moe,

Have you tried using File|Print and changing the 'Pages per sheet' value?
You can get up to 16 pages on a single sheet this way.

If the 'print copies per page' doesn't work, you could use the Table to Text
command (under the Table menu) or simply SelectAll and then copy/paste into
a text editor such as Notepad. Once in simple text, you can copy it back to
a new Word document and format it to the size you want.

Default how to delete rows tables but to save text?

If you have 90 Pages file with single table then use the following method or
you can repeat the method for each and every table in your file.

1. To Select entire table - click inside the table - then click Table -
Select - Table
2. Click Format - Border and Shading
3. From the Border tab - click None.

This method will not disturb the alignment of your text.
