Default How I solve debug errors(runtime) from attachments I'm getting?

I am getting a runtime error when I am downloading MS word attachments. Any
button I click just makes the MS page vanish. Don't know what to do to fix
it.

Hi ?B?RHJldw==?=,

Not enough information, can't follow what your problem is. Please describe the
circumstances when you're having the problem in more detail: where are you
downloading "MS word attachments" from? What kind of "attachments"? What "MS
page"? Quote the complete and exact error message. Tell us the software
versions involved.
